Terms & Conditions Notice: Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this site and any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, do not access this site, or any pages thereof.

Approval: I agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions listed below:

I have verified that the spelling is correct.

I have verified that the document has been set up properly.

I understand that the online proof predicts the design layout and text, but NOT THE COLOR DUE TO SOME SHIFTING THAT MAY OCCUR DURING PRINTING. Coloring from monitor to monitor may vary and thus the colors viewed on your monitor may vary slightly from the finished product.

I understand that due to Tru-Quality, Inc.s employment of a printing method called Gang-Printing,Tru-Quality, Inc. DOES NOT GUARANTEE the accuracy of its printing reproductions, particularly with respect to color variations.

I understand that IN NO EVENT WILL A REPRINT OR A REFUND BE HONORED FOR A DISPUTE REGARDING COLOR VARIATIONS.

I understand that there is a possibility that on some cards coated with UV (Ultraviolet) coating on both sides, there may be some shifting during cutting and that both sides may slightly be off-center.

I understand that sometimes, Tru-Quality, Inc., may print your order for 4/0 and/or 4/1 UV-1 sided orders as UV-2 sided orders. If you do not wish for your 4/0 and/or 4/1 order to ever be printed as a UV-2 sided order, you may opt out, by contacting us at 614-437-9087, or emailing us at printworks@Tru-Qualiy.com.



Terms of Sale: Tru-Quality, Inc. requires full payment, including shipping and handling, prior to any order being processed. We accept money orders, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We will not proceed until payment is received. Note: All checks must be cashed and cleared before your order is processed.

Sales Tax: All orders placed in Ohio are subject to sales tax. If a customer is tax exempt, exemption certificate/resale permit must be sent or faxed to us with the first order.

Wholesale Accounts:
Relationship:

The parties to this Agreement, Tru-Quality, Inc. and the Wholesaler, are independent contractors. Neither party is an agent, representative, or partner of the other party. Neither party shall have any right or authority to enter into any agreement for or on behalf of, or incur any obligation or liability of, or to otherwise bind, the other party.

All clients entering into an agreement with a Wholesaler remain clients of the Wholesaler. Wholesaler’s clients are not considered clients of Tru-Quality, Inc. As such, Tru-Quality, Inc. has no responsibility to Wholesaler’s clients.

It is the responsibility of the Wholesaler to extend support to all sales made by or through them. Wholesaler’s clients should consult with Wholesaler for any problems or questions they may have regarding their order, and not Tru-Quality, Inc.

All clients entering into an agreement with Wholesaler remain clients of Wholesaler. Wholesaler’s clients are not considered clients of Tru-Quality, Inc. As such, Tru-Quality, Inc. has no responsibility to Wholesaler’s clients.

It is the responsibility of Wholesaler to extend support to all sales made by or through them. Wholesaler’s clients should consult with Wholesaler for any problems or questions they may have regarding their order, and not Tru-Quality, Inc.

Confidentiality:
Wholesaler shall not disclose any of the confidential information between it and Tru-Quality, Inc, and shall hold and maintain the confidential information in strictest confidence.

Wholesaler agrees that any and all information relating to or disclosed by Tru-Quality, Inc, including but not limited to, product designs, proofs, sales, cost and other information relating to your specific wholesale account, shall be treated as confidential.

Wholesaler agrees (1) not to disclose any confidential information to any of its Clients; (2) to administer and protect all confidential information with the same degree of care used to administer and protect your own confidential material.

Indemnification:
Wholesaler hereby agrees to indemnify Tru-Quality, Inc. against any and all losses, damages, claims, expenses, incurred or suffered by Tru-Quality, Inc. as a result of disclosure of unauthorized confidential information.

Refund Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive completed files and/or files that have been verified as OK to print by the customer.

Should the job contain a manufacturing error and/or defect, as determined solely by us, we will rerun the job at no additional charge to you. Minor printing imperfections are considered normal and will not qualify as a manufacturing error when they do not compromise the essence of the card. Minor imperfections include, but are not limited to, subtle roller marks, hickies and light ink offsetting.

If a refund / reprint is granted, you must return the entire order that was sent to you unused.

Revision Policy:

I understand that I can NO LONGER MAKE CHANGES to my order once it is approved and ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any and all errors after approval. Due to the nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive completed files and/or files that have been verified as ok to print by the customer.

Once an order has been sent to Pre-press, no changes can be made to the artwork, job characteristics or turnaround time.

You MAY be able to revise your document ONLY IF:

-You request a revision in writing (email or fax), followed by a follow-up phone call, and -Your file has not been sent to Pre-press

A $30.00 revision fee will apply.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, or in your method of shipment, we will add $20.00 fee to your order.

Cancellation Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive completed files and/or files that have been verified as ok to print by the customer.

Once an order has been sent to Pre-press, the order cannot be cancelled.

You MAY be able to cancel your order ONLY IF:

-You request cancellation in writing, (email or fax), followed by a follow-up phone call, and -You request cancellation the same business day, and -Your file has not been sent to Pre-press

A cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fees vary.

We Do Not Store Artwork or Electronic Files for Future Use:

We do not store customer sent artwork/electronic files for future use for reorders.

If there is a file you would like reprinted you will need to re-supply the artwork via our website, e-mail or electronic storage media (e.g. DVD/CD Rom, Flash Disc).

We only store artwork that we have custom designed for future use for reorders.

We Require RGB-to-CMYK Conversion of Your Images:

You MUST convert all of the images from RGB to CMYK before sending them to us.
When we receive RGB images, it is our policy to convert your RGB images to CMYK, without contacting you about the format of your submission. During the conversion to CMYK, we do our best to closely match the colors in your order.
However, Tru-Quality, Inc. in no way guarantees that the colors in your converted file will exactly match the colors of the images that you submitted to us in RGB format.
We want you to be happy with your print job, so please, take the time to prepare your file properly.
We will not be responsible for any imperfections due to your images being sent to us in RGB format.

Please read and understand our Refund Policy and Approval sections within Terms and Conditions.

Even though monitors always use RGB to display colors, the colors will more closely match the final printed piece if you are viewing them in CMYK.

Proofs and Color:

If you choose from our standard selections online, you will receive an online proof within 24 hours.

You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your layouts. Please proofread all layouts carefully.
As postal regulations are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for postcard backside layouts. Check with your local Post Office.

Tru-Quality, Inc. will reproduce color from submitted transparencies, slides, photos, or digital layouts as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of color reproduction from digital files.

We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

Quantity:

The finished quantity of your printing order may be either 10% more or 10% less than the quantity you placed an order for.

We do not guarantee the exact quantity amount that you placed an order for. Variations in quantity amounts are very common in the printing industry. As such, we are not responsible for reprinting your order.

Miscellaneous:

Due to the weight of our printed products, we are unable to accommodate shipments made to a P.O. Box address.
If you entered a P.O. Box address in the place of your shipping address on our order form, your order will not be shipped out until we have first contacted you and received a non-P.O. Box address.

We also do not accommodate any shipping accounts that are not our own.

We do not ship outside the United States.

Legal Notice: Tru-Quality, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time WITHOUT prior notice (this includes even after an order has been placed).
All changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
Such errors may be with respect to pricing and turnaround times, and Tru-Quality, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or to refuse to accept any order placed based on inaccurate pricing information.

Order Refusal & Violation of Copyright:

Tru-Quality, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to print anything improper or known to be illegal.

Tru-Quality, Inc. is not liable for any damages resulting from violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names, slogans, photographs, graphics, original artwork or any creative work provided by the client to Tru-Quality, Inc.

The customer guarantees and is fully responsible for the legal title of all materials submitted to Tru-Quality, Inc. for printing, design, web publishing or any other services that we may provide.

No Warranty:

All the information on Tru-Quality, Inc. Web site is provided, AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Tru-Quality, Inc. makes NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES of any kind, including express or implied.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event will Tru-Quality, Inc. be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or any linked site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system.
